Terms & Conditions

These are the general terms on which AB Industria quotes for and manufactures apparel. Where a signed order confirmation or supply agreement says something different, that document takes precedence.

Quotations are based on the specification supplied at the time and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Fabric and freight prices move. If a quotation is accepted after it has expired, we will reconfirm the price before starting work rather than invoice you a different figure later.

Our minimum is 25 pieces per colour, per design. Sizes may be mixed within that quantity.

Unit pricing improves with volume and is confirmed in the quotation.

Sampling is quoted and invoiced separately from bulk production.

Bulk production begins only once you have approved a pre-production sample. Your approval of that sample sets the standard against which the bulk run is measured, so please inspect it properly before signing off.

Apparel manufacturing carries accepted tolerances, and a garment within tolerance is not a defective garment. Unless your order confirmation states otherwise:

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, bulk orders are split into a deposit payable before production begins and a balance payable before dispatch.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Bank charges are borne by the sender.

Stated lead times are working estimates from the date of sample approval and receipt of deposit, and assume artwork and specifications are final.

Changes requested after approval will move the timeline. We will tell you by how much before we action them.

You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, any logo, artwork, trade mark or design you send us for production.

We do not verify third-party rights in artwork supplied to us, and we cannot accept liability for claims arising from artwork you instruct us to apply.

Please inspect goods on arrival. Claims relating to quality or quantity should reach us within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and, where relevant, samples of the affected pieces.

Where a claim is upheld we will remake the affected pieces or issue a credit. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
