On the floor

Work moves through the building in sequence, and each stage signs off before the next one begins.
Pattern & Sampling
Digital and manual pattern making, full size-run grading, and a sample room that turns physical prototypes around in five to seven days.
Cutting
Lay planning to minimise waste, with panel measurement checks across the spread to catch drift before it reaches stitching.
Stitching
Line-based assembly with in-line quality checks. Flatlock, overlock, coverstitch and specialist machinery for technical and performance construction.
Decoration
Screen printing, DTF, DTG, sublimation and puff work in-house, with embroidery and specialist applications through long-standing partners.
Finishing & Packing
Trimming, pressing, labelling, tagging and folding to your packing instruction, then cartoning for air or sea freight.
Quality control
Quality is not checked
at the end.
It is controlled throughout production. Seven checkpoints, ending in a statistical AQL inspection across the finished run — because finding a fault at the packing table is already too late.
