How it runs

Your idea in.
A finished product out.

Eight stages, and you sign off before the expensive one. Nothing reaches bulk production until you have held a physical sample and approved it.

  1. 01

    Your Brief

Send a tech pack, a sketch, a reference garment or just a description. We work from whatever you actually have and fill the gaps ourselves.

  2. 02

    Development

We come back with construction options, fabric routes and an honest cost picture — including where a cheaper choice would hurt the product.

  3. 03

    Fabric Selection

Composition, GSM, knit structure and finish are locked against physical swatches. Custom fabric development where stock options will not do.

  4. 04

    Pattern & Fit

Blocks are cut to your measurements and graded across the full size run. Extremes are sampled, not just the mid-size.

  5. 05

    Sample Approval

You get a physical pre-production sample. Nothing enters bulk until you have held it, worn it and signed it off.

  6. 06

    Bulk Production

Cutting, sewing and decoration run against the approved sample, with in-line checks at every stage rather than one inspection at the end.

  7. 07

    Quality Control

Seven-point inspection, ending in a final AQL check. Anything outside tolerance is remade before it is packed.

  8. 08

    Packing & Shipping

Folded, tagged and bagged in your packaging, then shipped worldwide by air or sea with full documentation.

Decoration

Your artwork,
built into the garment.

Eighteen methods across printing, embroidery and applied trims. We match the method to the fabric and the artwork rather than forcing everything through one process.

All methods

Printing

11
  • Screen Printing

Best value at volume. Sharp solid colours, durable on cotton.

  • DTF Printing

Full-colour transfer that works across almost any fabric type.

  • DTG Printing

Photographic detail direct to garment. Ideal for complex artwork.

  • Puff Printing

Raised ink for a tactile, dimensional finish on heavyweight fleece.

  • Silicone Printing

Soft, stretchy and washfast. Good on performance fabrics.

  • Rubber Printing

Thick, opaque and hard-wearing. Strong on dark grounds.

  • Sublimation Printing

Dye enters the fibre, so it cannot crack or peel. Teamwear standard.

  • High-Density Printing

Sharp raised edges with a moulded, almost solid feel.

  • Discharge Printing

Removes dye rather than adding ink. Prints feel like the fabric itself.

  • Foil Printing

Metallic finish applied over adhesive. High shine, high impact.

  • Reflective Printing

Retroreflective ink for visibility in low light.

Embroidery

04
  • Flat Embroidery

Classic stitched logo. Clean at small scale, durable at any.

  • 3D Puff Embroidery

Foam-backed stitching that stands proud. Caps and heavy fleece.

  • Chenille Embroidery

Looped yarn patches. The varsity jacket signature.

  • Appliqué

Fabric shapes stitched onto the garment, often over twill.

Trims & Applied

03
  • Patches

Woven, leather, PU, silicone, embossed and debossed.

  • Rhinestones & Crystals

Heat-set stones for premium and occasion pieces.

  • Sequins

Reversible and fixed sequin work for statement placements.

Private label

It leaves here
as your product.

Nothing on the finished garment says AB Industria. Labels, tags, hardware and packaging all carry your identity, and they are specified alongside the product rather than added at the end.

What to expect

More than a supplier.
A manufacturing partner.

Six commitments that shape how every order runs here. They are not marketing lines — they are the things brands tell us their last factory got wrong.

  • 01You talk to the people making it

No account layer between you and the floor. Questions about a seam get answered by someone who has seen the seam.

  • 02Fabric chosen for the product

We source to your spec rather than steering you toward whatever is already in the building. If your target is not achievable at your price, we say so early.

  • 03Sample before bulk, always

Nothing goes to production on a promise. You approve a physical garment first, and bulk is measured against it.

  • 04Branding treated as part of the garment

Labels, tags, patches and packaging are specified alongside the product, not bolted on once it is finished.

  • 05Construction you can inspect

Seam type, stitch density and reinforcement are documented per style, so you know exactly what you are buying.

  • 06Checked before it is packed

Quality control runs through production, not at the end of it. Anything outside tolerance is remade, not shipped.
