This policy explains what happens to information you share with AB Industria through this website, by WhatsApp, or by email.

We are an apparel manufacturer, not an advertising business. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

The enquiry form on this website does not send anything to a server of ours. It composes a message in your own WhatsApp or email client, which you then choose to send. Nothing is stored here.

When you do contact us, we receive whatever you send:

Purely to quote for, produce and deliver your order, and to keep a record of what we made for you so that reorders match.

We do not send marketing messages to people who have enquired about production unless they have asked us to.

Designs, artwork, patterns and technical specifications you send us remain yours.

We do not reuse a client's design for another client, and we do not show finished work publicly without permission. If you would like a confidentiality agreement in place before sending anything, ask and we will sign one.

Only the people who need it to complete your order: our production team, and where relevant a fabric supplier, a specialist decoration partner, or the freight company carrying your shipment.

They receive the minimum required to do their part, and nothing else.

Order records and technical specifications are retained so that we can reproduce your product accurately in future. If you want your records deleted, email us and we will do it, subject to any tax or export records we are legally required to keep.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they go live.
