How a production run works.
From first message to landed stock. The process is the same whether you are ordering 25 pieces or 5,000 — only the timeline changes.
Step one
What to send us
You do not need all of this to start. The first three are alternatives, not a checklist — send whichever one you actually have.
Or a reference garment
A physical sample you want matched or improved on. Often faster and more accurate than a written description.
Or just a description
A sketch, a mood board, a few product links and a target price. We will build the technical detail with you.
Your quantities
Pieces per colour and per size. Minimum is 25 per colour per design, and pricing improves at volume.
Your branding assets
Logo files in vector where possible, plus any label, tag and packaging artwork you already have.
Your deadline
Tell us the date you need stock landed, not the date you want it shipped. We will work backwards from it.
The run
Eight stages, start to finish
Sampling takes 5–7 days. Bulk takes 6–12 days after you approve the sample. Shipping time depends on whether you choose air or sea.

Your Brief
Send a tech pack, a sketch, a reference garment or just a description. We work from whatever you actually have and fill the gaps ourselves.
- 02
Development
We come back with construction options, fabric routes and an honest cost picture — including where a cheaper choice would hurt the product.
- 03
Fabric Selection
Composition, GSM, knit structure and finish are locked against physical swatches. Custom fabric development where stock options will not do.
- 04
Pattern & Fit
Blocks are cut to your measurements and graded across the full size run. Extremes are sampled, not just the mid-size.
- 05
Sample Approval
You get a physical pre-production sample. Nothing enters bulk until you have held it, worn it and signed it off.
- 06
Bulk Production
Cutting, sewing and decoration run against the approved sample, with in-line checks at every stage rather than one inspection at the end.
- 07
Quality Control
Seven-point inspection, ending in a final AQL check. Anything outside tolerance is remade before it is packed.
- 08
Packing & Shipping
Folded, tagged and bagged in your packaging, then shipped worldwide by air or sea with full documentation.
Payment
Sampling is invoiced separately from bulk. Bulk orders are normally split into a deposit to begin production and the balance before dispatch. We will confirm the exact terms in writing with your quotation — there are no charges that appear later.
Shipping
Worldwide, by air for speed or sea for cost. We handle export documentation from Sialkot and can ship to your freight forwarder, your warehouse, or a third-party fulfilment centre. Tracking is shared as soon as the consignment moves.
